Finance Executive

Overview

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  2. Financial Reporting:
    • Generate accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and present profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections.
  3. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
    • Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
  4. Accounts Management:
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
    • Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  5. Strategic Contributions:
    • Provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Identify areas for financial improvement and recommend solutions.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments to align financial goals with operational activities.
    • Collaborate with external parties, such as auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.

Job Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (professional certifications like ACCA or CPA are a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, or SAP).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
