Admin Officer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the office environment, ensuring supplies and equipment are available and functional.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases for efficient access and use.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, including purchases and expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily operations.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Admin Officer or similar position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
